Marcus & Tilly

Marcus and Tilly have not settled in California yet.
They don't have their own home.
They don't know their way around.
They did visit Mickey Mouse's star on Hollywood Boulevard.

They went to Johnny Rocket's where Marcus punched in Great Balls of Fire and Tilly thought about all the songs she'd heard on car radios

While they waited to find their own place.  Marcus wondered if he should consider a professorship.
Tilly navigated the large city to find a place to present her design ideas.  They felt like refugees.
